How Can I Replace or Return a Product?

Replacement:


According to the Consumer Protection Act and the rules of trade, the User who shopped in the online store Inisess Shop has the right to complain about:

• identified deficiencies;
• defects of the goods;
• non-compliance with the announced amount;
The following products are non-refundable and non-refundable:
• Items from the 'Sale' sector
Complaints are made within 5 (seven) working days after purchasing the goods. Upon filing a complaint, the User may claim a replacement of the goods. The item can be replaced with the same in another size or color (if any) or another item. If the value of the selected item exceeds the amount paid, the difference is paid extra. The return of the goods can be done only with the courier company E-Kont. Inisess Shop does not work with other courier companies and reserves the right to refuse the shipment.


Complaints:
Complaints are accepted within 5 working days from

the date of receipt of the goods reflected in the delivery documents by the courier.

The customer has the right to return or replace the item in:

The commercial type is preserved (not worn, hungry, washed)
Preserved original packaging and label
Transport costs are at the customer's expense
