Check that the discount code is spelled correctly (no spaces, same characters, capital letters). Also remember that some discount codes have a valid validity period and only work with certain products. For the members of our INISESS Club we provide a birthday bonus. On the day before the registered date of the birthday, bonus points are sent in the form of an additional "USD or EUR". The bonus must be activated when you log in to your account. It is valid for 14 days and during this time you must place an order with the INISESS Club points

INIESS Club includes all products (reduced and not reduced), there are 4 possible scenarios due to which the customer cannot use IC points:

IC points are not yet active
The customer is trying to use the IC along with a discount code
The product is already reduced to 50%
The customer wants to use more IC points than possible: if the products cost 50 EUR, you can reduce the price to 25 EUR. = 25 IC points. You may have 100 ICs in your account, but you cannot use them to reduce the price to only 50% of the regular price.

The amount collected with INISESS Club you can use to pay up to 50% of your purchase.

• the system shows how much you can use when buying a product
• select INISESS Club and confirm by pressing the OK button
